TpI News Exclusive: Flemm Chicken Bone Plot

The teachers unions in various states across the country have launched a law suit against Earl Flemm, and The Fuller Brushman, saying that the song "chicken bone man." was created deliberately by Flemm, to undermine the authority of teachers, taunt them, annoy them.and to arm the students with a psychological weapon, for torment and control.
It seems there's something too catchy about the tune, and the kids love it. And when they found singing it annoyed the teachers, they kept singing it...over and over.

Dr. Sandra Browny, the self appointed expert from EOPCc, (the self appointed cyberpathy expert,)  says that since The Toylanders featured the song on their Web site. kids have been downloading the song from Soundclick in droves. They do it.just to annoy their teachers.

"Flemm has been using it as a form of "mind contro"l so as to get control of the kids - so he can dominate their little minds. And insure healthy sales in the future. He's been getting rich at the expense of teachers, and their sanity."

Teachers, Kindergarten through grade six of elementary school, have complained of nervous twitches, headaches, sleepless nights (anticipating the disruption in school the next day. the principles are having problems dealing with multiple complaints from teachers.")

Flemm denies any invidious intent saying:

"Just a catchy tune is all...little tikes know what's what.Dem toylanders have been tryin to the same thing they accusin me of -with songs like "sleepy head," a real brain cramper if there ever was one. I have nightmares about that song..annoyin little ditty"

"They sing it at lunch. They sing it at recess, they sing it in class, they sing it when they get bad grades, or when they are disciplined... they all sing it together...It's like "village of the damned,"  "Children of the Corn!"  We can't take it anymore, " said a Ms Hester Plum of Plympton Elementary in Plympton, Ma.,  shortly before she fainted. .

"...all of our cyberpaths say that their songs are just normal  and they all make annoying songs, and of course they all say, they are not Cyberpaths, that is a cardinal sign" says Barbra Ness of of EOPC.

Gary Stone of the Toylanders says the song is the equivalent of the childhood taunt "nah nah ne nah nah nah nah nah ne nah nah.".

" Flemm is a genie, and we know how he thinks, he knows young minds are the future for sales, and when it comes to sales...that is what Flemm is about."

The Toylander leader said Flemm pulled this stunt in Tokyo, but the Japanses government squelched 'Chicken bone fever,' before it got carried away.

" Flemm has the only known antedote, but even we don't know what it is...the song is dangerous, and Flemm has a big plan for it, " Stone said.
